Len was born and raised in Toronto and has lived there all his life.  Len has worked at various jobs throughout his career, from the now defunct Ontario Hydro to forklift mechanic.  He served with the Canadian Armed Forces; has been Chairman and also Treasurer of his children’s school council; and spent time with his local Scouts Canada group. 

He has done extensive work to his own house, which is a great asset when evaluating homes for clients.  He has been involved in sales for over fifteen years, which has honed his negotiating skills and he continues to learn something new every year.    

When he has a break he enjoys cycling, weight workouts, golf, cooking and also the odd Scotch.  He enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as people he has met through Real Estate.  He is a great listener, which comes in handy when narrowing down choices for homes.  He tells it like it is, instead of fluffing it up.
